Insight of the Robinson Family

David Robinson was very good and impressive as he behaved very gently and was polite with his words. He offered respect that I felt very special and obliged. It was when my wife Delilah was in Los Angeles in Dec 2012 and asked me to meet her father and informed him about our relationship and that we will be getting married soon. I remembered when, I buzzed the doorbell of flat number 105, in Mehran complex. He removes the door curtain and said yes, can I help you I was holding a flower bouquet in my hands and replied. I am Khalid. He immediately opened the door and came out and closed the door behind him. He took me with him in the corner, on the right side of the corridor. He was wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans. He seemed very gentlemen and spoke to me very nicely and politely. Though, he pretended that he did not recognize me. However, after my discussion, with Dad and my answers, to his few questions, concerning Delilah, and our marriage. His final words were "I have no problem, you both are adults and the law also permits you to marry according to your will, but her mother is not happy and is not prepared for you two to get married. He also said that he is not bothered and don't consider religion as a negative factor in our marriage. It's you two to decide. The only problem is her mother. I was very satisfied after meeting and talking to him. I said, "Thank you for allowing me to meet with you and for the respect and courtiers you extend." I shook hands with him and left.
Immediately, after coming down the stairs, I called my wife Delilah and informed her about my meeting with him. It is always said that the first impression of a person is the last one. The image built and constructed in my mind was very positive and satisfactory. I told myself that if the head of the family (her father) was so generous and kind every one else in the family would be the best. Though I was always told by my wife Delilah that her Dad could create any level of disturbance or problem at any time and how it suits him, especially when he is drunk! As I said before in my book she never liked her father.
