What people mean when the say "war for freedom from other races" is that if white people do not discriminate, then in 70 years or so, they will be the minority in America, and they can not let that happen (CounterPunch). If people do not preserve racism, white people will lose their hold on the world and become the minority. Racism is good because it aids evolution and nature. Our separate races are the product of millennia of evolution, so it is important that society aids that by segregating races (StormFront). Not only that, but even from a social standpoint, multiethnic communities are seen as unnatural because they cause tension and in a lot of cases can descend into turmoil (CounterPunch). Multicultural societies have proven to be unnatural and full of turmoil. Racial discrimination is a reality, but for some, it has its justifications. .
The main problem with racial discrimination is that it holds humanity back as a species. Racism has created an environment where very qualified people of color are passed over for important opportunities (The Causes of Race Superiority). People often refer to IQ tests to determine intelligence but according to the Atlantic, "[people who discriminate racially based off IQ tests] misunderstand the implications of what those tests indicate even when they are credible; and they fail to find the moral, analytic, and political response to the questions of race and intelligence." (Atlantic) Much bias has been implemented by racist sects of society, thusly causing minorities to come up short because of simple prejudice. Unfortunately, the introduction of collaboration between local police and immigration law enforcement has not made communities as safe as intended. Tensions between police officers and community members increase, as does the distrust people feel towards law enforcement (Grigsby).
