Prom

Next to your wedding date the most important thing females look forward to is their prom. Prom is the most important thing to a high school teenager. You plan months in advanced and spend hundredths of dollars for the best five hours of your life. Prom is not just a dance but the last event that you and your graduation class will ever share. Prom will forever have a life long impact on your life. My prom turned out to be the most stressful yet fun event of my senior year.
Two weeks before prom was one of the most stressful times in my life. I was working two jobs and preparing for finals and could barely make time to pick out my boyfriends tuxedo. I decided to go for the Cinderella look. The dress was a Tiffany's A-line strapless dress with a little train. It was bumble bee yellow with beautiful pearl and crystal bead work on the chest and foot of the dress. I wore a clear glass liked shoe to go with the Cinderella theme. I got a tiara made to with the same crystal and pearls that where in my dress. I had everything perfect for myself but my date had no idea what he was going to wear.
We had a really hard time deciding what would go with yellow and he feared that my dress would be ugly because of the color. After all the detailed description I gave of the dress I couldn't convince him that it looked beautiful or even reasonable. We decided to go with a navy blue tuxedo with yellow accessories but had no luck finding a tuxedo that color. We decided to look in a suit store and just by chance we found the perfect suit. It was a Stacy Adam's double breast, navy blue suit. The buttons had gold boarder and it looked really classy. We found a top hat with a yellow feather along with the matching tie and handkerchief. I found a gold watch set with a navy blue face to match and gave it to him as a surprise.
The day of Prom I had a list of things to do. First, I went to my hair appointment.
