Graduate School personal paper

            A happy and successful businessman is fascinating and that is the kind of person I have sought to become. It has been my privilege to work with successful people throughout college and my career. In January of 2003, my friends and I established our first business in retail and sales industry to the end of first paragraph.
             Second paragraph start with since the company started in 2003, our team has faced a variety of challenges. Every time we were able to resolve a problem, the company becomes more organized, efficient and profitable. According to our business plan, we have already accomplished the first goal in sales in the first year of business .(to the end of second paragraph).
             Reasons for attending graduate school:.
             As the number of employees increases in my company, I want to increase my overall understanding of business and human resources management. I need to understand the framework of personnel management and be able to address organizational problems effectively. I also wish to conduct and design additional researches beyond my original experience. I desire to discover and learn innovative ideas, develop problem solving and management skills from multiple perspectives.
             Conclusion.
             Many of my colleagues and advisers recommend your program highly. The opportunity to pursue higher education at Cal State LA is very attractive. I have been a loyal and appreciative alumnus of my undergraduate college, and would certainly expect to be one of your graduate program. I look forward to share my unique business experience and cultural experiences. I am convinced that I will bring in dynamic energy and a positive attitude that will inspire my colleagues.
