             This technology will assist real estate agent those who working at home or those who spend a bulk of their time at client sites to show them the properties. It will enable on-site monitoring of properties that would otherwise take several on-time managers to oversee. I believe the benefits of wireless technology contributes to real estate industry are vast and ever expanding. The speed capabilities will enable businesses to implement several time and money saving activities. Realtors spend more time out of their office than in their office," Pullan says "Their job is to be out meeting with clients, and wireless creates the perfect vehicle for that." (4).
             The potential benefits of wireless applications and technology to enhance the profits and efficiencies of the industry. First, I will introduce the different businesses within the real estate industry and some of the key players in this place that utilize (implement) technologies and devices already available for their business. Then I will review the current applications being introduced into the market that professional in the real estate industry has already seen the benefit from. This will lead the discussion toward the framework of content and what is being addressed with today's applications. Once this has been established, the focus toward added benefits with Wireless technology versus the adequacy to the current technology will be addressed. Finally, I will explore the likelihood of wireless technology to penetrate into this industry and become a potential killer of apps.
             There are two segments of the real estate industry where the focus of this section will concentrate: residential real estate and real estate financial services, with the majority toward residential real estate. These two segments are currently undergoing major changes in the way business is being done. The primary reason for the change is wireless capabilities.
