Although the website was not too appealing, it was fast and easy to view. Since the website did not have many graphics, it took less time loading pages. Other competing brands such as Christian Dior had really nice graphics on their websites. Even though it was really nice to look at, the pages took a very long time to load. It was very irritating. Also, another website for the leading brand Burberry had a virtual fashion show. In order to view the show, the viewer must register to become a member and download a special program. The coach website being so plain and simple made browsing through the pages a lot more convenient and enjoyable.
The best part about this website is that there are a lot of pictures and descriptions. After clicking on the "Browse All" link, all these pictures of handbags loaded onto the screen. It is the product information page. A bigger picture of the handbag appears and a list with the descriptions including the size of the handbag appears to the right of it. Also to the bottom of the handbag is the zoom button to see all of special features, an enlarge image button to see it bigger, and a click swatch to change color button. Not only is this website full of helpful and useful information, it gives a description and picture of good compliments to go with the handbag as well. Also, shopping for the other products on the website are just as simple and convenient. The website offers the same features as described before to all of the other products.
