Wright brothers


            
             "On December 17, 1903, at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, the Wright Flyer became the first powered, heavier-than-air machine to achieve controlled, sustained flight with a pilot aboard.". Who were these men? What were their inspirations for creating the first airplane? My family has always been fascinated with airplane along with the concept of flight. From this I have wanted to discover just who exactly these brilliant men were. Also why they aspired to develop this machine that has influenced everyone life continually into modern times. .
             To research these men, I first looked into out textbook, but it was unsuccessful. I really needed more on who they were and not just the fact that they did invent the first airplane. Next I went to the library of congress website, it had a few pages on the brothers. Next I went onto google, they had many different site to choose from. I found the perfect site it had many different information on Orville and Wilbur.
             All of my frustrations had been answered. It had given me the key to understanding the Wright Brother. It informed me that They had a rather large family, and it gave a rather detailed description of the family. It gave me the information I was looking for to unlock the mystery of the men, that founded air travel. With this key site I was able to complete my research. .
             Wilbur Wright was the older of the two brothers, he was motivated and very confident. He did well in school but because of his families responsibilities, they had to moved to Dayton where he was unable to graduate, but he did enroll in collage preparatory classes at Central High School in Dayton. This was all in hope of being coming a teacher after attending Yale. But all of these hopes and dreams cam crashing down when he received an injury form playing Ice hockey, he had problems with his face and teeth, that recovered a over time but he always has a digestive and Heart problem, which was a constant reminders of the accident.
