             The question of if Abortion is a choice or murder is based on the question of weather an unborn child is a living person.
             The definition of human life is any form of living entity that has DNA from.
             The species Homo-Sapiens. The definition of a human person is any form of human life that is considered a person and therefor has civil rights, including the right to life. The Abortion wars are driven by the question of where an unborn child stands.
             In 1973 the United States Supreme Court rejected every proposed restriction on Abortion. The restrictions were opposed because of the belief that Abortion is a safe procedure. 1.5 million women undergo abortions every year and the results of studies on aftereffects are haunting. The most common aftereffects are infection, excessive bleeding, embolism, ripping of the uterus, sterility, anesthesia problems, convulsions, hemorrhage, cervical injury and endotoxic shock. 75% of women who undergo Abortions are found with cervical incompetence and unable to carry a baby for a full 9 months, resulting in more premature births, disabled children and miscarriages. .
             Researchers of aftereffects of Abortions can only report one brief positive emotion: relief. The emotional side of Abortion may be more devastating than the physical side, the emotions are only treatable with therapy and stay with a woman forever. In a study of 500 Aborted women 50 % experienced negative feelings and 10 % developed serious psychiatric complications. 30 to 50% of Aborted women experience sexual side effects of a negative nature and 33% of women become obsessed with becoming pregnant again. These women are traumatized and have no sense of closure.
             Pro-choicer's claim that a fetus can not feel pain but if a fetus has the same structures than enable us as humans to feel pain then what makes the difference? Before the 10th week a fetus is developed enough to feel movement and pain. A fetus will shy away from painful simulation in studies when blood is taken.
