Laws can be rewritten, ignored, or dropped depending on how the people feel. Laws are passed to take care of our conditions. Courts, judges, and juries take care of punishments for the people who go against, disobey, or break the laws. In the past ten years there has been an increase in violent crimes from ages 13 - 16. .
Our government is separated into three branches. The Executive branch, which includes administrative laws. The Legislative branch, which creates statutes. Procedural law defines rules that enforce substantive law. Common law is defined by judges. Statutory is defined by legislatures. Criminal law.
