The lord of the rings


            
            
             Tolkien is a tale of a group of men with a powerful ring in their possession that they must destroy before it falls into the hands of the evil Sauron and all of middle earth is destroyed. .
             The story takes place a long time ago and they travel all over middle earth. Tolkien tells of three hobbits, a wizard , a elf, a dwarf, and two humans making their way across middle earth in search of Mordor, the birth place of the ring. along the way they run into many ferocious beasts and other obstacles that they must fight to complete their quest. .
             The main charters in the story are Froto Baggins the hobbit. he becomes the ring bearer as well and the most important charter in the story. He is the one who must protect the ring as they travel to Mordor, and he also has to keep himself from falling under the rings evil powers. Gandalf who is the great wizard aside Frodo helps guide him and lead the fellowship along the right path to Mordor. Sam is another hobbit which Gandalf appointed to never leave Frodo's side and help him in anyway he can. Merry and Pippin are two young hobbits that Frodo and Sam stumble across as they start out on their quest, they tag along and help Frodo as much as they possibly can. Aragorn a outcast also know as strider, he meets up with the hobbits in Bree in a small Inn and joins them. He knows of the ring and its powers so he is very useful to them. He is also an excellent fighter and can protect the small hobbits. Legolas the elf, Gimli the dwarf, and Borormir the lone man arrive at the council at Rivendell to deuces what should be done with the ring. They volunteer to help destroy it. The fellowship is now complete.
             The fellowship started heading south and came to Eregion. Gimli talked Frodo into going threw the mined of his ancestors. Saruman, the evil wizard already sent his troupes of orks there and killed everyone. They discover Gimli's cousin's tomb. There Gandalf finds the book of Mazarbul and reads from the last page; just then they hear the sounds of the orks coming to attack.
