This is important because you can have present employees get promoted to take over positions in the areas the managers have left, thus leaving openings in other areas of the company. Open positions in companies are great because this could be away for our economy to improve. These open positions will create jobs for thousands of unemployed workers who have been seeking jobs but couldn't find one because of how bad the job market is right now. With every change in a company something could go wrong. Generally these management teams will prove to be an asset to the company, but in some cases it won't. These free monthly emails could give out discounts, and also ask the customers for input on a new product.
