Experience during Teacher

            For about the past 3- ½ months, I have been a teacher's aide for Mr. Being a teacher's aide is not as easy as it may seem. You must present yourself as if you would present yourself at a job. You must comply with all the duties appointed to you by the teacher and make sure that they are complete. If not completed, make sure you report how much of the duty you have completed and also how much you have not completed and the reason for why it was not completed. You have to keep yourself busy. Although I have a hard time, you must not associate with students in the classroom in which you are aiding for, just incase of disruption. When the teacher is performing their job, teaching class, you should not interrupt or interfere with their lessons. You must speak to the teacher before class or when he is at his desk not performing any of his plans. .
             The teacher will assign certain duties in which he might need assistance. Make sure you follow all of his directions and apply your maximum effort to complete the job as told. You cannot be rude to the teacher even if you don't want to do the assignments that he assigns you to do. It would be a lack of disrespect if you told him that you wouldn't want to do the assignment that he assigns you. Being a teacher's aide is all about being prompt, respectful, and obedient. If you lack these qualities then you are not a good aide material.
