             Since we were little children in school, we have been taught of the harmful affects of smoking. Even those who do smoke know the affects, but they still choose to smoke regardless of the outcome. Innocent bystanders often suffer from those smoking. Airplanes and restaurants usually allow smoking, but what about non-smokers who must suffer from passive smoking? Smokers have a choice if they want to smoke; however, non-smokers do not have a choice if they want to breath cigarette smoke. Restaurants should prohibit smoking because of disturbance, secondhand smoke, and no loss of revenue.
             Having someone smoke while dining can be annoying and disturbing. Inhaling cigarette smoke not only smells bad, but also is harmful to one's health. According to Lois Biener, research member at Center for Survey Research at University of Massachusetts at Boston:.
