             Many may say that King Phillip of King Phillip's war was a vicious savage that killed many settlers, but though he did do these things, he had plenty of reason to do what he did. King Phillip was a valiant, brave, and formidable soldier and leader. King Phillip who was a Native of North America did what any one of us would do in his situation.
             Here's a scenario, a school bus pulls up to your home, filled with 30 or so people who just can't wait to come and take over your house. You try to be friendly and let them stay for awhile, but, you do expect them to leave of course. Awhile later, more come, you get angry, and take action, doesn't this sound perfectly fine to you, these people are taking over your house, ussing your appliances, and eating your food. So, when you think of it in this way, King Phillip seems to be the good guy, trying to take back what was rightfully his. He may have slaughtered countless unsuspecting individuals but, his people were being enslaved, his land abused, and his dreams of peaceful life crushed. The colonists were to blame, if they had not been money hungry they wouldn't have encroached farther and farther onto Native American Land, and none of this would have happened. .
             So in conclusion, King Phillip had every right to attack the colonists. Though his actions may have been extreme, he was left to his devices and did whatever he could to defend his property.
