             The world consists of vulnerable individuals who are forced to live in harsh living conditions and below poverty line life styles. This certain groups of people are known as women. Women have become a majority of ever nation's population, having a drastic impact on the work force. It is the perception of many Canadians that women are low class individuals who can never match up to men. Because of this false belief, women tend to work low paying jobs and are subject to unequal treatment within society. Women have struggled to survive and to create a name for them within society. These women have always been perceived as inferior to men, they can never match up to them. "Whatever a women can do, a man can do better," is one of many phrases that have become better known in society. Society refuses to acknowledge the importance of women and instead tends to lean more towards men, in junction with everything. History speaks for its self; women have never been looked at as humans, but slaves to men. Women have never been given the chance to show there inner strengths because of male superiority. The lack of male ignorance in today's society plays an assisting role in determining the role of these women. As long as male dominance and control will remain unchallenged, women will always remain subject to male dominance, regardless of whom they are and where they come from. Women in today's society have become prey to unequal treatment within society because of there economical, political, social status that has evolved over time. .
