This research investigated the hypothesis that female overseas students have different attitudes and patterns toward the use of mobile phones to male overseas students. A research was used to request the response of a sample group of 50 overseas students. The results obtained were consistent across samples. Obviously, males concerned more on price than females do. However, females spent clearly longer length of time using mobile phones per week. The relationship between gender and mobile phone's behavior have an effect on each other. .
             Introduction.
The widespread use of mobile phone has increased over the past decade of becoming an essential part of society. Mobile phones are convenient because they are small and transportable. Moreover, they give access to the world anytime and anywhere as a wide availability to others, speed and closeness of what people want to tell much information in short time with feedback. In contrast, mobile phones are dangerous. They cause cancer and headache. However, mobile phones still have almost each person because of having more advantages. .
             .
Several studies have been conducted on behaviors and perceptions of mobile phone users. One of them was the study of Laughlin (2003) showed that perceptions of worldwide technology like mobile phones are themes to analyze gender. Moreover, Laughlin indicated that it is essential to understand the different behaviors generally in which males and females view mobile phones. Also, if gender differences were put to the side, technology moving forward has allowed many people to build up a way of using mobile phones that could suit them individually. .
However, Laughlin's observational study was not certain. Laughlin has not surveyed a true sample of people who use mobile phones, but only from people without appearing impolite. Furthermore, Laughlin only imagined a picture of people's personal habits of mobile phones himself without any support evidences.
