In law school, it can be described as one of the most horrible times dealing with studying and tests. But the good thing is, lawyers are so vital to our country, employment opportunities look awesome after schooling. Another benefit is that there is so many different types of lawyers, if one got bored of, say, probate, they could switch to elder law. Lawyers do most of their work indoors inside their offices, so working conditions are favorable to those who do not like the outdoors. A lawyer can make a lot of money or can make very little, just depending on what kind of lawyer they are and the how much demand is in their area for a lawyer. A lawyer can look at a starting salary of (on average) sixty thousand dollars a year. But salary can be unpredictable because three out of four lawyers have private practices and make different wages.
Actors, as seen in magazines and on television, do not start out making millions of dollars their first couple of years. To make money being an actor, you have to be found and have a lot of experience. Actors experience long periods of unemployment before their first good "gig" happens. The competition for roles is very intense and actors are sometimes rejected all together. Some actors go to school and major in acting or the theater while some just go on their talents alone. Actors do not just perform in movies, but there are also plays, radio, television, and videos. Acting is always very stressful and very unpleasant. Since there is so much of a demand for actors all the time, the employment opportunity is an average one. To estimate an average income for an actor is very hard. Since their are so many different kind of actors, wages very drastically. An actor can look at making anywhere from twenty thousand to fifty thousand to millions of dollars a year. .
Besides actors, news analysts and reports can be seen on television, radio, etc. Employers of major news companies hire most reports that have acquired a bachelor's degree in journalism and have much experience.
