            Germany has more festivals than any other country in Europe. In winter, the main celebration is Christmas. This is celebrated all over the country, with houses and streets decorated. The Oktoberfest beer festival is held in Munich every year in September and is the biggest beer festival in the world. In summer, hardly a week passes without a special festival in some part of Germany, usually for religious, historical or Cultural reasons.
