How To Get A Job

             Know what they do and how they do it. As for the position that you are interviewing for, go above and beyond what you need to know. Print out information that you can find online and study it before the big day. .
             2. Dress the position. You want to look nice and professional when you go to your interview. Men should wear a suit. Women should wear something that's business formal. Any tattoos or piercing should be concealed or covered. Jewelry, hair, and makeup should be conservative. .
             3. Arrive on time. Never be late and don't be too early either. The time you spend at you interview is very valuable. Get exact directions and parking information. .
             4. Know who you are and why you are there. Journaling is a good option. You should rehearse with family or friends to make it sound natural. You should be able to describe your job in one sentence or less. You should also be familiar with everything on your resume. Be prepared to answer lots of questions about your self, here are some examples:.
             How would you describe yourself?.
             What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?.
             What are some mistakes you've made?.
             How did you deal with them?.
             What motivates you?.
             What do you see yourself doing five years from now?.
             Which is most important to you money, type of work, or time off?.
             What qualifications do you have to fill this position?.
             5. Make your first impression count and make your interviewer remember whom you are. Here are four quick points to remember for your greeting:.
             Smile. (Don't just smile with your mouth smile with your eyes too) .
             Direct eye contact. (Straight forward).
             Introduce yourself. (Hi I"m first name and last it's a pleasure to meet you).
             Use a firm handshake (No death grips).
             6. Recognize your interviewers style and adapt to it. This isn't as complicated at it seems. It does require some practice. If they are indirect you should try and be indirect. If they are direct you should be direct as well. .
             7. Answer questions completely but succinctly.
