This is one of the greatest tools that advertisers have today. They create and market a product to a target audience that they are sure will approve of it with the foreseen knowledge that one favorable mind will infect others to be favorable of the product as well.
             The third step of the model is the evaluation of the alternatives. This is where one would decide how to choose one brand over the other brands that are out there. Our studies showed that almost all of the people who took the survey had bought different brands of palm pilots.
