Abortion

In the past decades, a serious issue has come into a worldwide viewpoint. This issue, abortion, has become a massive concern and needs to be paid close attention to. Abortion should be outlawed in the U.S. forever. There needs to be a law to stop all abortions. In this paper, I am going to talk about the terrible horrors of abortion from post abortion syndrome, the unborn fetus's human rights, and why abortion should not be used as another form of birth control.
Due to overwhelming evidence, having an abortion should be made illegal in the U.S. because there are three important ways that abortion hurts people worldwide. First, women who choose to have an abortion might suffer psychological damage. If a child is four months or older, a saline abortion is performed in which a doctor fills the area surrounding the unborn fetus with a concentrated salt solution (No Author). Soon after the baby begins to choke to death as it swallows the poison which can take almost two hours for the baby's life to expire (No Author). A relatively new abortion process called dilation and extraction involves a doctor grabbing the leg of a fetus, pulling it partially out of the womb until the head is exposed, poking a hold through the skull, and sucking the brain out of the skull in which it caves in on itself (No Author). After a woman goes through the procedure of the abortion, she might start having nerve disorders, sleep disorders, regrets, or be recommended for psychiatric care. In fact, nearly half of women who undergo an abortion suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (Character of PAS). If the woman does suffer from this, she might abuse any other unwanted children that didn't have any other options but to live with their biological mother. The fear, anxiety, pain, and guilt associated with this procedure are mixed into this perception of grotesque and violent death. Many women who choose to have an abortion argue that it is their choice and that having an abortion doesn't hurt anyone (No Author).
