Over-population causes problems in the

school. Those problems are getting bigger every sing

Over-population is bigger problem in country wide. Some countries are already found a solve this problem from their point of view. For example, China have a 1,5 population and India have 1,2 population recording to the Time magazine and world population is approximately 6.7 billion people. So this 2 counties have 2.7 billion population and its almost 1/3 to world population. Obviously, those countries have a big problem about over population. China already made a law about it. Families can't have more than 2 children. If they have more than 2 children and if government finds out, government have right to send them to the court and fine can be 3 years in jail. I think that idea sounds pretty good but i think its little bit harsh. India havent do anything yet about the over population.
