1. Canada's Involvement in the Afghanistan War
Most of the world can recall the instant they saw the two "air jacked" airplanes crash simultaneously into the World Trade Center on September 11th 2001; where they were, what emotions they felt and ... the Canadian nation and fighting terrorism. This change coincided with US national interests and led to much improved relations between the two North American neighbours (Holland, & Kirkey, 2010). There were 24 Canadian deaths on the events of 9-11, which consequently made Canada concerned within the idea of eliminating terrorism. A Liberalist would describe Canada's involvement in the war...
