Ethics Derived from Greek ethos'-custom, usage or character. Can be defined as philosophical study of morals. Seems to pertain to individual character of a person. "morals--comes from Latin mores'=custom ... how human beings in nature should/ought to behave or not to behave. E.g.: Homosexuality- unnatural' or against the laws of nature'. The man made law-provides a series of public statements-a legal code, or system of dos and don'ts to guide humans in their behavior and to protect them from doing harm to persons and properties.
