... did and never stopped to look at himself. Holden really couldn't tell what he was thinking. He has scattered thought all throughout the book. He is a pathological liar. Cusses like a sailor. Holden can't keep a steady education going. Once he gets expelled he try to find himself and I honestly think that in the end it did more harm to him than good ... and wonder why am I reading this book. I defiantly can see why they have taken it out of the senior English curriculum. I really thought I would enjoy this book because what I had read prior to picking it up and reading it was very captiv...
