             The emergence of computers as special technologies has resulted in key ethical issues. Computer ethics can be categorized as intellectually friendly and very important. Computer ethics is considered as the exploration of the nature and the social effects of computer technology. In that perspective, computer technology gives the subjection of the field that is associated with the concerns of networks in those directives. The typical problem that emerges from the computer ethics is depicted since there is the presence of a policy vacuum asserting the essence in which technology has been defined and also enacted. It is clear that computers give us the information needed on the capacities and that also provides some relevant choices for the action based on the ethical values.
