Although there are many advantages in new technology, some people find new technology somewhat of an annoyance. Some types of new technologies could be named as crucial, but then again you can live without them.
One main technology that individuals have different views on could be theever popular? telephone. Some people view the telephone as an intruder, one specifically, a writer, Dale Featherling has this view. He believes that he has complete sanity when he turns his phone off. While others label the telephone as an essential part of their everyday lives. You need the telephone to communicate to whomever u need, but on the other hand, you do not need it to take a breath of air (etc.).
In a different light, technologies as a whole lead to other more sufficient ones. One technology is the fax machine, which led to a more fundamental discovery. This discovery we now use today for everything we possibly can, the computer. Leading to the Internet, so on and so forth.
In ones opinion, the fact that technologies lead to bigger and better things in a sense should over-rule technologies as any sort of intruder or an annoyance. The inventors of these technologies are only using their talents (inventing things) to make the lives of their fellow people a lot easier.
