There are three issues that have become the focus of debate in recent years. They are: 1) the ethics of doing business in nations that violate human rights, 2) the ethics if doing business in countries with very lax and environmental regulations, and 3) the ethics corruption (Hill, p. 68). Another issue that firms have to deal with when doing business overseas is should they conduct business with countries that routinely violate human rights. An added ethical issue is whether an international firm should adhere to the same standards of product safety, work safety, and environmental protection that are required in its home country. Each argument has a valid point and should be measured heavily before practice is taken up in a specific country.
             Supply Chain Management.
             When beginning to understand the supply chain structure it is important to note that there are several aspects to consider. In-fact when analyzing the supply chain one must consider its structure in its most basic format: (Customers, Retailers, Wholesalers, Manufactures and Suppliers). .
             In our analysis of India as an emerging market we found that the country is ripe for technical expansion. There are numerous other companies flocking to this region for its manufacturing and development potential. The country has a highly educated population of technology savvy individuals, which leads us to believe that the market is technically ready for e-business. .
             India's manufacturing costs are also much lower than other regions and there is significant supplier access as well in the Asia Pacific Region. "A recent study conducted by the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), the apex body and Chamber of Commerce of India's software-driven IT industry, indicates that the volume of e-commerce transactions in India is expected to reach $222 million by 2002.
