Getting into Trouble

That summer day started off like any other summer day. We had just got done playing a game of pickle at Danny's house and we where tired of playing that game so we tried to think of something to do. We stretched our brains for something to do that was remotely close to fun. Then one of the guys came up with a brilliant idea to go to a new neighboring house that had poured the cement basement about a week before. The yard had freshly new dirt mountains, and the boys wanted to check them out. We decided to take a look at the dirt mountains, because we didn't have anything better to do.
The dirt hill stared back at us with nothing extravagant about the hill; however this boring hill was the cause of world war 3 as the guys started throwing mud clods at the girls. We took our places securely behind the hill and fired mud clods at each other. This went on for about a half an hour, and each of us was dirtier than we were when we started. Not knowing who had won we called a truce, and we all sat along the rugged basement wall and looked down into the murky waters below. Out of nowhere a cry for help came to us, "You guys help me!" Katie yelled staring down into the forbidden pit at her blue hair ribbon. "What should I do?" Katie asked every one.
"I'll go down, and get it," someone yelled. We all turned around, and to our amazement it was Brady.
Brady ran down the mud ramp built for the trucks and went along the side that had about a three foot clearing. When he reached the window, he hoisted himself up and crawled through. We all peered down and watched Brady enter the forbidden basement with a splash. He walked towards the ribbon, and yelled up, "Why doesn't someone else come down here to help me out?".
"Ok," Kevin said running towards the window. He crawled in and jumped down, when he landed on his two feet Brady splashed him. Then Kevin splashed back, and the splashing continued. .
"Why don't you guys come down here too," a muffled voice yelled.
