The love of a mother has no parallel. A mother's ageless love and care cannot be copied by anyone else. When her child is sleeping, she takes every step so gently and carefully not to bother him/her from deep sleep. No scale can measure this limitless depth of a mother's love. Robert A. Children learn by example and it is important for a good mother to prove herself a good role model. When a mother stands up for what she believes in, it gives her child reason, confidence and strength to be an independent individual. A good mother is always responsible for what she performs in front of her children and admits mistakes when she commits them. She teaches her child that it is wise to think before leap because he or she would ultimately be responsible for the outcome. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow uttered, "Art is the child of nature in whom we trace the features of the mothers face." .
As far as I am concerned, my source of inspiration is none other than my beloved mother. I have had many people come into my life but the person I thought about the most when I was thinking about my one special person is my mother. She showed me more than I could see in the world. She is my confidante, my source of comfort and yet for a long time many areas of her life are a mystery to me.
Why my mother is so special to me? It is because of all the circumstances that she had to face for us. I always admire the struggle of my mother who has given us what we needed and when we needed. Her good name is Shadia. She is a designer and runs her own salon. My father passed away when I was only eight years old. She fought for us on all the fronts all alone. She seriously took the responsibility of raising her sons seriously and worked diligently to instill values. My mother actually is a common woman but in her small appearance lays an extraordinary perseverance, a very kindly heart, fortitude, and an altruistic soul.
