Ludwig Van Beethoven



             Travel (Vienna).
             In 1787, the court had decided to send Beethoven to Vienna to study with Mozart. This was a huge turning point towards his future career. On the day of Beethoven's audition, Mozart had stated, "Keep your eyes on him; some day he will give the world something to talk about." Mozart had asked Beethoven to play a piece for him, but since Beethoven had already rehearsed a piece beforehand, Mozart was not impressed. When Beethoven had noticed the face expressions of Mozart, Beethoven had asked him to suggest a theme to improvise.
             A few days after, Beethoven's mother had all of a sudden fell ill which made him immediately rush home. After a few months, Beethoven's mother had passed away, making him go into deep depression which had lasted quite long. In 1792, Beethoven had returned to Vienna, because he was given orders from Haydn. Haydn was always anxious to help Beethoven. At some time, Beethoven was gotten to be known as a performer than a composer.
             Travel (Holland).
             At age eleven, Beethoven was invited to Holland. His father could not go, but according to Beethoven, this was an opportunity to not be missed along with his mother. Beethoven would tour as a "child prodigy", just like Mozart. In 1781, both Beethoven and his mother had arrived.
             in Rotterdam of Autumn. Because of Beethoven and his mother were traveling down the Rhine, Beethoven's mother had to rub Beethoven feet frequently to avoid a frostbite. Beethoven had only given a few performances in private houses.
             Deafness.
             At age twenty-five, Beethoven starts to go deaf. There were a lot of theories made on how Beethoven had lost his hearing, but the main reason led to lead poisoning. He communicated through his communication book, asking his friends to write down what they wanted to say so he can respond back. Before Beethoven had lost his hearing, he was known for his improvising. At age twenty-seven, Beethoven had started to hear a constant buzzing sound in his ear.
