Formal Marketing Plan

            
             Before a formal marketing plan is discussed, it is important we understand the need for going to all the trouble of renewable fuels and how we can benefit from them in the not-so-certain future. A number of energy companies are now moving into renewable energy sources due to a number of reasons like the ever decreasing petroleum reserves of the planet which will invariably exhaust one day, the pollution being caused burning petro-chemicals and the damage it is doing to the atmosphere etc. There is a growing awareness that is changing the business trends as well as mindset of the consumers at the same time. People are becoming more and more aware by the day about the adverse effects that our modern life style is inflicting on the planet and that the damage that is being caused in the present will not be reversible in the future no matter what. .
             Another potential driving force towards renewable energy sources are the rising prices of petroleum products at the moment. Not more than 40 years ago the idea of a hybrid car putting close to or even more than 30km to the liter may have sounded absurd and frankly unnecessary but times are changing and with that, so are our priorities. This is only a logical response but one that sets out to change the way businesses and specially petroleum related businesses are running. Evolution flanked by innovation will be the safest and perhaps the most convenient answer to this problem. New solutions have to be figured before that one fine morning when we all discover we have no fuel to put in to our cars and the whole world grinds to a halt, more of a "make hay while the sun shines" approach. .
             Industry Profile.
             There are a number of renewable energy sources to choose from but one we are concentrating on is the solar power. Light from the sun is converted into electrical current via photo-voltaic cells and once the required setup is installed, it is virtually free energy with absolutely no environmental costs either.
