Similarly, the emergence of new foodborne pathogens such as E.coli and Norwalk like a virus has added more worries to food and health departments[ CITATION AlM04 l 1033 ]. Multi-drug resistance strain such as Staphylococcus aureus has also been reported in food products of Makah, Saudi Arabia[CITATION Abu11 l 1033 ]. Similarly, Salmonella outbreaks in cultural functions demands, an effective method to control and food inspector's role in controlling such issue need to be addressed[ CITATION Alj10 l 1033 ]. Although, a number of articles and literature have been published in recent years about foodborne illness in Saudi Arabia, no specific research has been conducted in the Hail region of Saudi Arabia. The perception of consumers and public health inspectors towards food safety have been mostly reported and published[ CITATION Pha12 l 1033 ]. .
             Although, the current health care system and the food department of Saudi Arabia have access to a vast amount of information in the context of food safety, the formats are in different styles. For example the textbook, websites, fact sheets and scientific publications do exist in this domain. The question that can be raised in such scenario is despite many available information and fact sheets, why food safety remains an unmet need in Saudi Arabia in particular reference to the Hail region. The major reason is non-availability of a readily usable food safety protocol, or the existing guidelines poorly meet food inspector's needs and requirements[CITATION Pow11 l 1033 ]. This demand, a process of dissemination of information and knowledge must be designed which is tailored based upon public food safety inspector's needs and requirements. The planning of information must take into account public health inspector's perception that helps in the development of resources that support food inspectors to address the unmet need.
             PROBLEM STATEMENT .
             Non-availability of information and non-address of needs of public health inspector's demands an innovative dissemination process leads to foodborne illness and food safety issues the mitigation in the Hail region of Saudi Arabia.
