They perfectly understood me. .
I walked in through the basement doors to find a massive amount of kids. It was unreal. The first thing I noticed was the basement was filled with smoke. It was quite cloudy in there, the normal atmosphere for a party. They had the beer pong table set up and kids were playing. The two kegs and a couple of cases were in the far corner across the room. Next to that there was a mattress on the floor with a few scummy girls laying on it. I just looked and laughed. There was a good fifty kids packed in this basement. I made my rounds greeting all my friends. I headed up the stairs to talk to more people. Kristen's mom was sitting in the living room, watching television, and drinking as usual. I went back to where the bedrooms were and kids were all over. Many of which were smoking marijuana in one of the bedrooms. This was nothing out of the norm either. I just opened the door, gave a big shout to everyone and then continued my way back down to the basement. .
As I found myself once again where I started, I thought to myself that I better get to work. I went over to the table, watched some beer pong, flirted with my guy friends, and made my way to Mowad. He was a good friend of mine that I grew up with. We stood there and talked for a matter of five minutes. All of a sudden, what every teenager at a party, fears the most, happened. Someone yelled that the cops were there. Fear came over everyone's face. Chaos broke out and kids were running everywhere. The basement door was closed, the music was turned off, and someone turned the lights out. The cops were banging on the doors yelling for us to open up. No one would do it. A few seconds later the cops were gone. The basement doors blew open and about fifty screaming panicking kids went running out. I ran with Mowad and we slid under his car. I watched all my friends as they went hiding in the woods and running frantically through the fields from the cops.
