Brushing your teeth is a fairly simple task that helps your teeth stay healthy and strong. It is also something that I know how to do well, because I do it everyday. Visiting the dentist is one way to protect your teeth but the simple way to do this is to brush them everyday. .
When you wake up in the morning you can taste the bad breath coming from your mouth, in order to get rid of this you only have to follow the few simple steps below. First, take your toothbrush and toothpaste and apply a small amount of toothpaste on the bristled end of your toothbrush by opening the cap of the toothpaste and lightly squeezing the tube. Make sure to hold your toothbrush upright so that you do not waste any toothpaste. Squeeze the toothpaste evenly onto the bristled end of your toothbrush, while doing so be careful that the toothpaste does not seep into the cracks between the bristles, because if it does it will be harder to brush your teeth. After you get the toothpaste on your toothbrush lightly wet it with water. If you accidentally added to much water shake it off so that you can finish the process of brushing your teeth. The next thing you need to do is to start brushing, in order to do this you need to place the bristled end with the toothpaste on it into your mouth and begin sliding the bristles across your teeth in a circular motion. Make sure your toothbrush gets all of the teeth and little spaces for complete freshness in your mouth. After you've done this for thirty seconds, rinse your mouth out with cold water and spit it down your drain. .
After completing these steps you should now taste the freshness coming from your mouth, but if you are still unsatisfied repeat the steps until you get your desired results.
