             Very few people these days actually do regular exercises. These days everyone is stuck in their busy schedules they have no or very little time to exercise. Most of us just exercise once in a while and think that we"re fit and healthy. But that's not necessarily the case. Most people age prematurely, aren't healthy or face long term problems.

             Wrinkles, dull skin and white hairs are all because of premature aging. Premature aging has become a common problem amongst everyone. Premature aging is due to lack of exercise, sleep and water. Regular exercising your skin stays stretched, smooth and shiny that's because when you exercise more blood goes to your skin. Thus resulting in a healthy looking skin. Secondly, lack of sleep is one of the major factors affecting premature aging. Most kids these days don't get enough sleep due to staying up late chatting on the internet and thus resulting in fatigue and less attentive in school. Finally water is an important factor in premature aging due to lack of water your body becomes dehydrated. Premature aging is one of the many things that can be prevented by regular exercise.
             Healthy person is someone who is physically and mentally fit. Regular exercising plays a vital role in a healthy persons life. When you exercise you sweat and sweating is really good for you. When you sweat your body is getting rid of waste from your body in the form of sweat. Regular exercising keeps your digestive system clean. When you exercise your body works harder and digest foods faster because it needs those important nutrients from the food. Regular exercise such as yoga helps keep you mentally fit. Yoga is a spiritual type of exercise and a very powerful tool in helping stress release. Regular exercising keeps a person healthy and in shape.
             Long-term diseases are common in the world these days and they are mostly caused by carelessness of people and lack of exercising. They can be easily prevented by as small as running 15 min everyday on the treadmill or a morning walk.
