            Your honour, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, all the evidence concerning this trial has been shown within this court room, now let me take you outside the square and piece this simple puzzle together from beginning to end, to reveal the big picture of this crime against humanity.
             There is no doubt as to whether the accused committed the crime; the defence argue that the crime was a product of the accused man's mental instability. In other words the defence wants us to believe this murder was an "accident". The prosecution has established to you that not only were this murder not an accident; it was a premeditated felony of horrific proportions!.
             I now bring before you the sequence of events, thoughts and motives experienced by the accused, formulated in light of testimonies and submitted evidence. I invite all seated here to indulge yourselves in the internal workings of this man's mind on that dark Sunday.
             As all evidence and witness reports have been discussed in great detail, I will not hinder the trial further by repeating unnecessary information. So let me get straight to the facts.
             After the first encounter with the Arabic men on the beach around midday. The accused, Mr. Meursault, his acquaintance Raymond Sintes and Mr. Sintes acquaintance Mr. Masson had been involved in a brawl with two Arabic men, one of which was the brother of Mr. Sintes former mistress, and was predominately seeking repayment for the harm Mr. Sintes brought upon his sibling.
             During the brawl Mr. Sintes was slashed on the arm with a knife, as shown previously in evidence. Mr. Meursault and Mr. Masson were not harmed. The Arabic men retreated obviously having completed their objective. It was this time Ladies and Gentlemen that the long awaited seeds of violence took root in the mind of the accused.
             Let me pause here for a moment to emphasise the capability of the accused. In no recent record has Mr. Meursault acted in a violent manner it is proven through case study that a person will surround themselves with others of a kind.
