Concepts of Leadership

Incorporating these simple three elements into my daily walk has already beginning to lead me to success.
             The purpose of leadership is to create goals to follow and live by. Goals are vital for any leader to succeed. Goals are concepts in their own way and may involve in depth thoughts for ones own goals. Goals set the stage for other actions to follow. Even leaders "follow"; following goals helps one to plan their new leadership. Leaders are encouraged to set goals and stick to them. Without goals one cannot strive to succeed in life. Goals are essentially vital to any leader. There are hundreds of ways to lead to incorporate effective leadership. Both positive and negative leading are out there in today's society. Positive leadership is vital to today's society. I have obtained a few serious positive leadership techniques or methods for that matter. They include Followership, Service, and Citizenship , It values the fact of serving others to achieve a higher goal in mind. The goal essentially is putting .
             others before you. This value of being unselfish of your time and energy helps normal leaders grow into well-respected serving leaders. .
             Two more key elements in effective leadership are creativity and ambition. A new innovative leader will come up with new and creative ideas that will challenge his or her followers to succeed even further. Ambition challenges a leader to become even greater. This single aspect of ambition is critical to be a great leader. The idea of leadership is rather bland and dismal without tremendous ambition, which great leaders portray. Citizenship and Followership are two vital characteristics of a leader. Citizenship has much in common with service. Service is the backbone behind a superb citizen. Dr. DeBose helped us understand the true idea of citizenship and correlated it to serving others. Followership shows one how to lead by following others to a positive outcome.
