This song used to get me paranoid because everytime I heard it, I thought about the guy that I liked at the time. It doesnt relate to me much but the meaning of the song could explain how I was like back then. I was head over heels for this guy and everytime I went up to him I would become nervous. Part of the song sings," I get so weak in the knees I can hardly speak, I lose all control and something comes over me". That's exactly how I was when I approached him.
7. Mary J Blige- Family affair. This song represents a part of my life because I love to dance. This song is mainly about dancing and loving it. Dancing is a big part of my life because I have been doing it for 5 years and I really enjoy it. Whenever I am having a bad day, I go to dance class and my mind is free from everything that was stressing me out. I remember dancing to this song in hiphop class once and the beat was just so perfect to dance to. Whenever I hear this song, I just want to get up and dance!.
8. DTP Ft Ludacris- growing pains. This song reminds me of my childhood everytime I listen to it. It talks about how everyone's life was like as a child. The different groups, different toys people played with, staying true to your friends, etc. It reminds me exactly of how my childhood was like. There was nothing to worry about except for which toys you got or who won the game.
9. Warren G- I want it all. This song explains what everyone wants most. There can never be too much. This song relates to me because I want it all! I can never have too much of something. Even when I already have something, I want a new one of it. Im just selfish like that but I dont really get what I want, only if I buy it myself. This song reminds me of myself every time I hear it.
10. Black eyed peas- Where is the love. This song is not one of my favorites and I dont like it at all, although, It represents the 911 incident in a way. When I hear this song, The September 11 tragedy comes to mind.
