How to Fall Out of Love

Days, weeks, months, and years later, a person's emotion might change. When this happens it becomes a hard decision, and may hurt ones feelings. One emotion that changes is "love"; love can last as long as you want to, but does it last forever? It all depends on how you react to situations, and how you go about it. In this case falling out of love is a long process that takes time.
In this First step, you would have to learn how to distance yourself from the person. For example, don't pick up the phone if you see it's that person on Caller ID, and even if you do pick up the phone while on another call, tell that person you cant talk now. But if you cross paths whether its walking you dog, or going grocery shopping, make up an excuse like "I"m in a hurry" or "I"m too busy to go out" excuses like that can help you with your confrontation. .
The Second step is learning how to forget about the person. One scenario is when that person comes to mind, remind yourself how busy you are and what you"re going to do that day. Some examples of this are what am I going to do about my messy room. Alternatively, What is for dinner? Another way to get him or her off your mind is to, clean out your room of all things that remind you of that person. Then get things non-destroyable and put them in a trash bag. Starting with, taking pictures out of frames and replace them with picture of family and friends. Give away stuffed animals that were given to you by that person and offer it as a gift to your smaller siblings or cousins. Another idea is to throw out the dried out flowers that you saved, and clothes he or she has bought you. Then when all is complete go through your photo album and have your own ceremony of either ripping, or burning of photos that are of you two and or of that person.
The Third and final step is how to move on. Some examples of moving on are as follows, when you go out by yourself or with your friends avoid going to places that you know there might be a chance that he could be there.
