Beach Walk

As I watch the waves repeatedly cover the ocean shore. No footprints interrupting the stretch of smooth unwalked image of what was sand. The water as orange as fire, a hint of red coming from the sun. The sound of the waves crashing interrupts the calls of the birds. The Sun rising casts its orange light on the Dark green palm trees. .
After opening the gate I slowly walk to the beach trying to avoid the sand from entering my shoes. After realizing the impossibility of the task I take of my shoes and socks and tread the new days beech. The birdcalls becoming louder and louder as the sand rises above my toes as my feet embed the wet sand, only to disappear without a trace seconds after. The wind blowing against my face brought me close to the understanding of life, and how much of the world has not been discovered for my own sake. After walking a ways the sound of Spanish music fills the air, the sound fills my body like medicine, and I suddenly catch a high like no form of marijuana could substitute. I feel my face begin to smile, and realize that nothing could be better. The suns orange rays changed to yellow and eventually pure daylight. I stopped walking, as a La cucaracha band was playing, and merchant chops filled the walkway ahead. The area went from empty to full in a matter of minutes. I turned around to walk back down the empty beach, and to my surprise it was full, my peaceful mind frame vanished, as little boys and girls screaming, while playing with their family. I wasn't alone, and it was the first time in my life I was upset that I wasn't alone, I came to the conclusion that my only peace of mind was when I was alone. I began walking back to the hotel, dodging children, and stepping over tourists, as though I was dodging traffic during rush hour.
I could hear the sound of the boat in the near off distance, the sun gleaming off its pearl white coat. I could only imagine the trip it was about to embark on, and who was on the ship at that moment.
