At approximately 12:15 there was an epileptic seizure in front of the Depository which distracted the policemen and allowed the shooters to move into place. Coincidence, I think not. Although the man was picked up by an ambulance there are no reports of him every checking into a hospital. At this same time Lee Harvey Oswald, the Warren Commission's lone gunman, is seen by one of the secretaries of the Depository building having lunch in the 2nd floor snack room. If Oswald was the lone gunman he was very non schelant about moving into position. Benny Ray Williams, a worker at the Depository, stated that he was having lunch on the 6th floor until around 12:20 and he saw no one. Now they were refurbishing the floors of the Depository that week so it allowed unknown workman in and out of the building. So as I see it at approximately 12:25 the three teams move into place. At this time Arnold Rollins, a man standing down Houston St. stated "I saw to men in the top floor window of the Depository. One seem to be on a radio and the other looking down Elm St." (Marrs,12). John Powell, a prisoner on the 6th floor of the Dallas County Jail, also reports to seeing these two men. But somehow there comments never made it into the Warren Report. .

             The 2nd team, now moved into the low floor of the Dal-Tex Building. This provided them a low angle shot from behind. The 3rd team then moved into position behind the picket fence on the grassy knoll. This provided the assassins with the triangulation of fire that David Ferrie supposedly spoke about. At approximately 12:30 the motorcade made the right turn from Main St. onto Houston St. This was a change from the original parade route. At this time if Oswald was indeed the lone gunman this would be the best time for him to take the shoot.
