The Simpsons Episode - Dead Pu

In this episode of "The Simpsons" Ned Flanders invites Homer Simpson into his house for a drink when Ned's kid comes up and tells him "thank you so much dad for helping me with my science project, you are the best dad". After Homer heard that comment, he got mad at Ned and told him that he is sick and tired of Ned always making Homer think that the Flanders family is more important then Homers family. Ned gets upset with Homer for insulting his family and tells homer to leave.
Homer goes home but talks to his wife about the situation while in the meantime Ned feels bad that he kicked Homer out of his house and decided to make up for it by writing him a letter. Then Homer sees Ned playing miniature golf one day and challenges Ned's son to play Homers son Bart in a golf championship. Ned's son and Bart both accept.
It comes down to the final hole and both Ned's son and Bart are tied. They both admit that they are extremely nervous about the last shot to win the game so they both agree to withdraw and take a tie game. Basically, the plot to this Simpsons episode was about sportsman ship and friendship. It showed people that it is not whether you win or loose but how you play the game. Another point that is trying to be made is, having nice things does not make you a better family but it is the quality of neighbors and friends you have that your life special. .
