Organizational Behavior

In fact, my professors for those classes have not shown much interest in their students or in the class itself. I am absolutely sure that all the professors in the university have the students" best interests in mind, however, they do not do much to organize the class the way Professor Arnold does. .
For example, one of my classes is extremely crowded and it is hard for us to concentrate on the professor's lecture because of this reason. The professor seems to understand that he has signed in too many people at the beginning of the semester yet he fails to realize that having a bigger classroom would probably help the class to focus and pay attention to his lectures. In fact, I am actually considering discussing this issue with him to help improve the class. To be fully effective, every leader should listen to others and respect their opinions. I am hoping that this situation can be resolved and that the class can be switched to a larger room with more capacity. .
Another way that Professor Arnold organized the class was through the use of index cards. The entire class was given index cards and was asked to write on both sides of the cards. On one side, we wrote about what keeps us from becoming the leader that we want to be. Some of the outcomes were age, education level, fear of failure, etc. This exercise showed how these factors help shape who we are today. .
On the other side, we gave an intense description of our personalized hamburger or sandwich, and we also wrote down what we expect of the professor for this class. The main point in describing the perfect sandwich or hamburger revealed the fact that everyone has their own unique style since everyone had different answers. This also shows how we all have specific likes and dislikes which makes us the individuals that we are. Our uniqueness molds our characters and our diversity can help us to better understand each other and be able to help each other effectively.
