            The Staffing of an organization is the key to having a success organization. A staff that is working towards the same goals will be the accomplishment of an organization. Human resources of departments are the responsibilities of all types of managers. Selecting qualified, motivated high-performing employees is an advantage of any organization. Staffing consist of recruitment, selection, training, assignment, promotion and termination. Recruitment efforts lead to a group in which a selection will be made. The training process will not only help with initial job performance but also can in an incentive for continued learning. The success of assignments should lead to more responsibility, an encouragement to reach greater success. With the achievement of new assignments, this will eventually lead to promotion and motivation factor for any employee. In staffing there is also termination, which is not solely based on bad performance but health, retirement or personal reasons and yes at times an employee who in just not cut out for the job. .
             The process of directing within a company can seemingly only be accomplished if the department is operating under a closed loop system. Goals and objectives are important consideration when implementing directives. When circulating directives from superiors to subordinates effective communication should be a skill possessed. Effective communication is not only speaking but having the ability to listen. This will help in reception another activity of directing, a very important activity. Ensuring that directives are correctly perceived is very important to the success. Understanding people is being able to deal with human behavior. If a person is unable to deal the human behavior aspect, resulting in the actions taken from directives this individual should probable not be in the directing process. .
