Drugs should not be legalized because they are dangerous. One, they can be addictive once you try them. Two, they can damage the human brain. Three, schools can also help prevent kids from using drugs. Doctors have discovered that drugs target brain cells, and a person who is using drugs can get very sick or even die. There are a lot of people who try drugs for the first time. They don't know that drugs are addicted or they ignore it by saying it won't happen to me. In the end, they end up getting addicted to drugs. A lot of people die of drug related deaths they either take an overdose or they get killed while buying dope. Drugs don't do any good to your body they only cause pain. Think before you do drugs.

People in the first place think that drugs are cool. Kids see a lot of people doing drugs, so they decide to try it too. The first time that feels good and they start to buy drugs. They don't know that drugs are dangerous. When they find out, it is too late. I had a friend who did drugs. He first started to hang with drug dealers. After that, he started to do drugs. I could see that he was changed. He did not hang around with me any more. He would come around my house and ask me for money, so he could buy drugs. The first two weeks I gave him money. He told me that he was trying to move out of his house, so he needed the money. He said, "I will pay me back." After a week I got a phone call from his sister. She told me that her brother started to use drugs. He laid to me the whole time. I was shocked because I did not know that he was buying drugs with the money. I said to my self I have to help him to get out of drugs. One day I was going to school and I saw my friend rolling up a joint. I went there to talk to him about the money and why did he lied to me.
