On June 30, 1986, the Collants family was filled with joy and happiness because on this special day a beautiful girl named Christina was brought into this world. Mr. and Mrs. Collants along with their new baby girl moved into the Thornhill area. Their neighbours came over to welcome them into the neighbourhood and surprisingly they just had a baby boy a couple months ago named Daniel. .
Daniel and Christina became the best of friends. They did everything together. They attended the same elementary and high-school and spent all their time with one another. They loved life because they knew that if anything would ever go wrong, they could always depend on each other. .
By the time Daniel and Christina were young adults and had to decide on what they were going to do with their lives, this brought up many conflicts between them. As they were getting older, they were growing farther and farther apart from their long-life best friend. They decided to go to different universities because Daniel and Christina's goals were different. Daniel wished that they had the same interests because he would not know what to do if Christina was not there to accompany and assist him. For Christina, she was experiencing new things on her own. By not always being at Daniel's side, everyday she was meeting new and interesting people. Her feelings and attitude slowly changed about Daniel. All the happiness, joyfulness, delighted, and overwhelming feelings did a dramatic change to sadness, pain, misery, and depression for Daniel without Christina in his life. .
Daniel and Christina spent their first vacation from university at home because they felt home sick. When they saw each other, their hearts were experiencing different emotions. Daniel was ecstatic, thrilled, and extremely happy. He had missed Christina not being around and was delighted to have her back in his life once again. Although for Christina, it was different because she had a change of heart.
