In this modernized and globalized era, many advanced countries has already started to use better education system to improve to standards of education systems to be able to cope with this era. As the teacher plays the important role in both program quality and in learning outcomes, many countries are focuses in continuous professional development courses. Malaysia also included among the countries thats focuses on this aspect. Professionalization is normally understood to refer to the process whereby an occupation increasingly meets the criteria attributed to a profession. Professionalization in education was defined as the social and educational process used to transform educators into educational leaders who offer leadership services as their means of making a livelihood and who can justify their services in terms of their specialist expertise and moral integrity appropriate to their profession (Jacobs & Bosanac, 2006). The term professionalization indicates a direct attempt to (a) use education or training to improve the quality of practice, (b) standardize professional responses, (c) better define a collection of persons as representing a field of endeavor, and (d) enhance communication within that field (Shanahan, Meehan, & Mogge, 1994). .
The factor the gives big impact to create a fresh young mind to become a successful one is the teacher. Teachers are the more important than the other factors such as advancement of curriculum and also infrastructure to the students during the education period since childhood. Based on that, the education of teachers should be developed to be able to maintain a good level to teach the young ones nowadays. In 2013, the National education Blueprint were released. It covers the education of Malaysian starting from Preschool to Postsecondary.The approach of the blueprint was ground-breaking as it uses multiple perspectives to evaluate and assess the performance of Malaysia's education system.
