The workers are their main factor of production, if firms do not manage the safety conditions and living standards of the workers the final outcome would be producing poor-quality goods. Moreover employees would only want to work for firms who share the same values. Firms cannot just focus on earning money and then ignore the working conditions of the employees. Instead they should have tougher environmental regulations. Under the concept of ii"Corporate Social Responsibility" international firms have to regulate and improve the safety conditions of both the factory and the workers in order to play their part in social responsibility. .
             Moreover the blame should not only be focused on the international firms in fact international customers should also be held responsible. In this scenario the rise of the development of such firms were due to the high demand of products and services. The problem with the international customers is that they buy the garments from firms that have poor working conditions. So in other words they are one of the factors that are leading to the development of sweatshops in business.
             2. Firstly, wages are one of the main factor that leads to the decision of firms from staying or leaving in Bangladesh. The country Bangladesh attract big fashion lines by the low workers' wages in it's own country. According to the index from World Time there is an estimated of four thousand men working in factories of Bangladesh. However the majority of the workforce is still women, especially women with little education and even the one's that migrated into cities from rural areas to get better employment opportunities. It is also mentioned that Bangladesh offers the lowest wages in the world. According to the Worker Rights Consortium, the average wage rate of a normal worker in Bangladesh is 24 cent an hour which is the lowest compared with other less developed countries such as Vietnam with 53 cents per hour and China with $1.
