I thought that the three blades of the Gillette Mach 3 razor were just so much marketing ploy, but when I tried them, a year ago, I found out that they are just like the ads said. I consider this is by far the best razor I have ever used. The product has a reasonable cost. It is efficient, for the uses I have for it. The razor is always safe when I am using it. .
The Gillette Mach 3 razor is reasonably priced. The razor base itself doesn't have to be replaced. It is the blades that are the only things that need to be replaced every now and then. Since I don't have to use disposable razors that you have to throw out after every use, it saves me money on the cost of the razor. Also you can buy them in bulk for an even cheaper price. They last a long long time without going dull.
The razor is efficient for the uses I have for it. The Mach3 Turbo provides me total comfort whether I"m shaving up or down. So even when I"m shaving against the grain I can get the closest shave with the least irritation. Also when I use the Gillette shaving gel it helps provide a smoother comfortable shave.
The safety of the Mach 3 razor is really good. Most razors if you are careless you can cut yourself. Most of the time you will cut your self. However with the Mach 3 razor you can't cut yourself with the blades even if you try. I have yet to have an encounter with cutting myself, so that leads me to believe that they are safe.
